Our program includes weekly music class for all age group facilitated by Jim Jam Music.

Jim Jam music offers children a very different approach to learning music through a wide range of activities in a play based environment through routine, repetition and creative storytelling. Offering children with engaging, developmentally appropriate music opportunities that sets the stage for optimal, multi-sensory learning.

 

Through this program children develop skills such as; steady beat acquisition, language acquisition, gross and fine motor skills through movement activities and play, social emotional skills, musical concepts - beat, rhythm, tempo, timbre, dynamics, notation, pre-music reading skills and ensemble play - preparing children for learning an instrument or playing in a school band.
